Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing is in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST. All orders are subject to GST.
2. Only approved retailers to stock and sell Little Lemon Tree products
3. Initial Minimum order of $400 AUD (excluding shipping / postage). Subsequent orders minimum $200 and / or 20 pieces. Please allow 2 weeks from date invoice is fully paid for your order to be ready for shipping as we make all of our wholesale items to order.
4. Shipping / postage to be arranged by Little Lemon Tree & costs are the responsibility of the retailer, final charges to be invoiced to the retailer once order is complete.
5. Retailers agree to Little Lemon Tree placing their business details under the "stockists" section of website/facebook
6. All orders placed are subject to fabric availability, If a particular item ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible to give you other fabric options.
7. Little Lemon Tree RRP for products is a guide only and are what we sell on our website. This pricing acts as a guide and there is no obligation for the retailer to comply with these recommendations.
8. Retailer to advertise products on website as a "Little Lemon Tree product" & also make every effort to tag Little Lemon Tree on social media when advertising products. Little Lemon Tree will in turn advertise you as a stockist and encourage customers to shop with you.
